TRELLIS is Microsoft's image-to-3D generation model that produces structured 3D representations (radiance fields, meshes, Gaussian splats) from a single image. The large variant handles higher-resolution inputs and produces more detailed geometry.
TRELLIS.2-4B converts single images into structured 3D assets using a sparse volumetric representation. It outputs meshes and radiance fields simultaneously, making it useful for games and 3D pipelines that need both geometry and appearance. The 4B parameter variant trades some fidelity for substantially lower VRAM requirements compared to the larger TRELLIS variants.
Pi3 is a PyTorch model for single-image-to-3D reconstruction, referenced in arxiv:2507.13347. It uses the ModelHub mixin interface for loading, and ships weights in safetensors format under a BSD-2-Clause license. The model targets feed-forward 3D generation from a single RGB image without iterative optimization.
